An opportunity will be arising for a Practice Nurse within our friendly, supportive nursing team. Some knowledge of long term conditions and an interest in Diabetes would be desirable but not necessary as training opportunities will be available. St Michael’s Partnership is a medium sized practice of 8350 patients working across two sites and is part of the Minerva PCN group. The post is a permanent role and is for 32 hours per week. This could be for one person or a job share. We have a multi skilled team with a wealth of experience and are looking to welcome another Practice Nurse. This would be a development role, please see attached job description which covers job responsibilities required. Most importantly we are looking for an enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn and develop. Experience in Primary care is desirable but not essential, duties will include long term condition management, treatment room, wound care, vaccinations, and immunisations. Candidates must have the ability to work alone as well as integrating as part of the team. Salary subject to experience and will include access to the NHS pension scheme.
