Due to the upcoming retirement of our Senior Partner, Fairfield Park Health Centre now have a vacancy for a new GP Partner to join our thriving practice in the beautiful city of Bath. This is a unique opportunity to become a Partner in a popular and growing training practice, which is a sought after clinical setting for GPs and other clinicians. The remaining 3 Partners, along with our Practice Manager, are a cohesive leadership team that are patient and team focussed. We are looking for a Partner that can work with us to enhance the experience of our patients and continue to grow the practice.
Whilst you will have the support of the Practice Manager, who oversees the management of the practice day to day, the ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and expertise, managerial and organisational acumen and be enthusiastic about developing and implementing change in Primary Care.
Fairfield Park Health Centre is a true example of a multi-disciplinary team culture, where we work alongside salaried GPs, an ANP, practice nurses, HCAs, physiotherapists, a social prescriber, a home visiting paramedic, clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to meet the varying needs of our patients. We are well supported by a compliment of administrative staff who allow for the smooth running of the practice.

Fairfield Park Health Centre is a well-established partner owned training practice located in a purpose-built surgery on the north side of Bath, with beautiful views across the city, caring for a population of 14,400 patients, including the students at Bath Spa University. We are part of the Bath Independent Primary Care Network, which gives us the opportunity to grow services across the 3 Practices and offers the opportunity of working together on initiatives with the support of the PCN Manager.
