You will be home-based in the South East / South East London region and deal mainly with potential subsidence claims for a successful and market leading company.

  • A working knowledge of relevant legal & regulatory matters; control of Asbestos Handling, CDM, DPA, H&S on site, Party Wall Act (with experience of Planning and Building Regulations requirements).
  • It would be advantageous if you have a building/technical related qualification such as an HNC/HND or Building Surveying/Engineering Degree and/or Cert CII.

You will be working with a supportive team including Engineers, Contracts/Project Managers, admin support staff and a solid network of contractors.
