Haworth Brotherton Solicitors is seeking a motivated and client-focused Solicitor (Non-Contentious) to join our established and growing practice. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of non-contentious matters, provide high-quality legal advice, and contribute to the long-term development of the firm, with a genuine opportunity for progression to partnership. This role is ideal for a solicitor who values strong client relationships, professional autonomy, and long-term career development within a respected local firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of non-contentious legal matters from instruction to completion
  • Advising clients on residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
  • Preparing wills and advising on estate planning
  • Handling probate and estate administration matters
  • Advising on and preparing powers of attorney
  • Undertaking Court of Protection work where required
  • Maintaining regular, clear and professional communication with clients
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Contributing to business development and the ongoing growth of the firm
  • Working collaboratively with partners and colleagues to maintain high service standards
