We operate nationally working from some of the biggest blue chip clients in Retail & Healthcare, with a strong order book and huge potential for growth. Salary: Β£43-48K depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customer Project Coordinators and Project Managers for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate and plan electrical tasks, working closely with other site departments.
  • Assign duties, inspect work, and ensure safety training and code compliance.
  • Analyse and resolve work problems, providing support to workers as needed.
  • Inspect daily operations and projects to ensure the quality of work.
  • Measure and report progress regularly.
  • Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 testing (preferred)
  • CSCS card
  • Ability to work throughout the UK.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical field.
  • Competence in carrying out various electrical works, including inspection and testing.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel locally and nationally.
  • Efficient design, installation, and verification of electrical installations.
  • Familiarity with site health and safety requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects, ensuring efficient systems of working from drawings and specifications.
