A category-defining enterprise AI company is looking for its first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering hiring. Founded in late 2024 and already valued at $1.2 billion, this company has raised $200M+ across a seed and Series A round in under 18 months.

About the role:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering organisation, covering Full-Stack, DevOps, Model Serving, Product Management, and other technical roles across Europe and Israel.
  • Build deep pipelines of senior engineering talent from top startups, scale-ups, tech companies and AI labs across the UK and EMEA.
  • Build out all aspects of the talent attraction and engagement playbook for engineering hiring, including sourcing strategy, employer brand, candidate engagement, interview design, and offer process.
  • Partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, role definition, structured interview design, and levelling decisions.
  • Run high-volume sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, Discord communities, and other specialist channels relevant to ML infrastructure and modern web stacks.
  • Calibrate offers, manage closing conversations, and negotiate complex packages including salary, equity, and relocation.
  • Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring forecasts, pipeline reporting, and continuous improvement of interview processes.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company mission and technical depth credibly to senior engineers.

What's needed:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, focused on senior software engineering roles at a high-growth tech, AI, or infrastructure company.
  • Demonstrated success hiring across Full-Stack, Backend, DevOps / Platform, and ML Infrastructure profiles.
  • Strong technical literacy, able to speak credibly about distributed systems, model serving, API & Python ecosystems, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud data platforms.
  • Confident negotiator and closer of senior and experienced hires with a genuine focus on delivering top-tier experience.
  • Experience working closely with engineering leadership and running structured interview processes.
  • Comfortable operating remotely across global time zones with excellent written communication.

The team have a large concentration of fully remote employees spread across Europe, the UK, and the US.
