  • Maintain and optimise processes using Ashby (their applicant tracking system).
  • Be a key ambassador for the employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Work in a flexible, fast-paced environment where quality and speed go hand-in-hand.

About You:

  • Experience recruiting for challenging technical roles within tech companies. Ideally this would be a mix of in-house and agency experience, however, applications from a pure agency background could be considered!
  • Able to take ownership of your hiring pipelines and stakeholders.

  • Experienced with (or quick to learn) applicant tracking systems – familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
  • Thrive in a flexible hybrid set-up – the office is there when you need it, but you won’t be expected in more than once per week if that suits you.
