Founded by an exceptionally strong technical leadership team with deep expertise across AI, machine learning and software engineering, the business combines cutting-edge technology with a highly ambitious and execution-focused culture. Working closely with the Founding Talent Lead and senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of hiring across AI, Engineering, Product and Data, while helping to build the processes, candidate experience and talent infrastructure required to support the company's next phase of growth.

- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple technical functions and levels of seniority
