I’m currently partnering with a Series A, Deep Tech start-up who are dedicated to building the most powerful hardware technology to tackle some of the world’s most critical challenges. Founded by a team of leading experts, our client is at the forefront of driving innovation within cutting-edge discoveries. The space they operate in requires them to hire the best scientists and technology professionals globally, and as this space becomes increasingly competitive, they have a greater need to invest in their Talent Acquisition function.
About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in the next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving deep-tech startup environment, offering the opportunity to shape hiring in one of the world's most exciting industries. This critical role is responsible for the full hiring lifecycle across all levels and functions and will work closely with hiring managers and executive leaders to support strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define and execute hiring strategies that attract, engage and retain world-class talent.
- Use talent analytics and market research to carry out thorough market mapping analysis.
- Develop inclusive search strategies to identify and target passive candidates.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process whilst enhancing the candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and align with their long-term vision for their teams.
- Seek out exceptional candidates across a mixture of technical and niche science-related roles.
- Drive employer branding strategy, activity and content.
- Own and drive necessary TA projects, ensuring milestones are hit and excellence in delivery.
About you:
- At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Proven expertise in research and search mapping, ideally with experience from an Executive Search firm.
- A strategic thought partner who can offer consultative advice to support a growing team.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
