Hawkwood are currently partnering with a purpose-led, tech scale-up who are seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager. Led by visionary founders, our client has developed a cutting-edge AI platform that is disrupting their market! They are recognised as a leading innovator within their niche and as such, have been backed by some of Europe’s top VC investors. Our client has developed a product that is loved by its customer base. They have a strong brand that is valued and a team that is passionate about innovation. Their people are central to the business, and with the range of perks, support and development, this is something they want to maintain and nurture. *Our client would be looking for someone to be in their central London office 2-3 days a week. THE ROLE: Working as part of a growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in delivering on Commercial, and ad-hoc Data and Product hires . As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help drive hiring excellence by building strong stakeholder relationships, using a data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities, and spearhead key talent initiatives. Key responsibilities: Partnering with stakeholders to find and hire the best talent for their functions. Using data and market insights to educate and influence hiring decisions. Working with Hiring Managers to scope out upcoming roles. Owning the sourcing strategy and delivery of hiring for your roles, consistently hiring the right people at the right time for the business. Taking charge of stakeholder management and helping to prioritise based on business needs. Owning the quality of Talent Data in your area in Ashby, driving quality retros and driving change and insight within your stakeholder group. Driving process improvements to help maintain a high standard quality of hires and hiring metrics. Leading efforts to make hiring processes inclusive and accessible. Driving employer branding strategy, activity and content. Managing Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of key milestones. Enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, using insights for continuous improvement. You will be a good fit if you: Have broad hiring exposure across various domain areas, allowing you to turn your hand to any type of role. Strong ability to source – building out the top of the funnel for pipelines and confidently assessing for behaviour and culture-add through the process. Have a strong talent background, ideally working within a VC-backed tech business. Have experience developing a strong employee brand to attract top talent. Have the gravitas to push back on leaders, setting high standards for the Talent function and ensuring managers are following the process. Are passionate about data and understand the power it brings to the Talent function.
