As a People Partner, you'll report to a well-respected Senior People Partner, supporting leaders across a rapidly scaling business while developing your own partnering capability within a high-performing People team.
You'll operate at the intersection of commercial growth and employee experience, coaching managers, influencing decisions and helping shape how the business scales.
You'll partner with managers across the full employee lifecycle, contribute to strategic People initiatives and work alongside senior stakeholders, all while learning from experienced People leaders who are passionate about your development.
- What you'll be doing
- Partner with managers across multiple functions, providing commercially focused People guidance.
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, absence, probation, family leave and employee development.
- Support the development of high-performing teams through effective coaching and partnering.
- Analyse People data and business insights to identify trends, improve decision-making and influence outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across People processes, policies and the employee experience.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and organisational growth.
- Contribute to broader People initiatives spanning performance, talent, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Thrive within a high-growth environment where pace, ambiguity and continuous change are part of everyday life.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a People Advisor, Junior People Partner or People Partner.
- Experience working within a scale-up or another high-growth environment.
- Strong grounding in UK employment law and employee relations.
- Confidence coaching managers through a broad range of People matters.
- Commercially minded, with an interest in how People enables business performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Curious, analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
