Working closely with the CTO and his wider leadership team, this role offers the chance to operate inside a business tackling some of the most ambitious and technically complex challenges in AI today. Role Scope:

- Support the development and delivery of key people initiatives across performance, compensation and workforce planning
- Work alongside senior People leadership to build scalable approaches fit for a rapidly growing frontier AI lab
- Coach and influence leaders across engineering and research teams on management, performance and team effectiveness
- Bring structure and sound judgement to a business operating through constant change and rapid growth
- Help evolve the foundations of a company expected to scale significantly over the next few years
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner or People Director within high growth scale up environments
- Candidates who can start quickly or are on a short notice period
- A strong track record partnering with CTOs, engineering leaders or deeply technical teams
- Experience working in VC backed environments where pace, ambiguity and growth are constant
- High levels of judgement, credibility and commercial instinct
- Comfortable operating with autonomy while remaining highly collaborative
