Hawkwood are partnering with one of the UK’s leading AI scale ups, at the forefront of AI and Bio Tech, looking to transform the industry. We are seeking an experienced strategic People Partner to join their growing People team and influence their culture and drive meaningful impact.

What will you be doing as a People Partner?

  • Coach and support managers to develop their teams and navigate organisational change.
  • Design innovative solutions to enhance employee experience, retention, and performance.
  • Use data insights to measure the success of people initiatives and drive informed decisions.

Proven experience as a Senior People Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Confident in coaching, organisational design, and change management.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Background in sectors such as AI, Tech, Life Sciences, or HealthTech.

A thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving.
