We are seeking an experienced strategic People Partner to join their growing People team and influence their culture and drive meaningful impact. What will you be doing as a People Partner?

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders to shape culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Coach and support managers to develop their teams and navigate organisational change.
  • Design innovative solutions to enhance employee experience, retention, and performance.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, best practices, and compliance.
  • Use data insights to measure the success of people initiatives and drive informed decisions.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Proven experience as a Senior People Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Confident in coaching, organisational design, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and managing ER cases.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Background in sectors such as AI, Tech, Life Sciences, or HealthTech.
  • Working with complex global organisations that have scaled at pace.
  • A thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A proactive mindset, ready to take initiative and deliver meaningful results.
