Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Global Quantitative and Systematic Hedge Fund
Salary: Up to £150,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

About the Role:
This is a newly created role within a high-growth organisation undergoing rapid change. You will play a critical role in partnering closely with leaders within your client group to drive forward-thinking, strategic HR initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration with business leadership across all stages of the employee lifecycle to optimise organisational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic HR advice and coaching on day-to-day HR queries.
- Manage complex HR matters, including opening new office locations, workforce planning, and employee relations topics.
- Support the business on feedback conversations and the broader performance review process.
- Design and improve HR support across the business, including leading the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies.
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience working within a relevant industry sector (Technology, Fintech, Banking, Investment Management, Trading, etc.).
- Strong strategic thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment law, specifically within the EMEA region.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Values working collaboratively and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
