Hawkwood are excited to be partnering with a leading London based, high growth, venture backed AI business at a point where things are really accelerating. With more funding in the pipeline and strong backing from leading AI investors, they have grown to around 90 people and are on track to grow HC by around 30% by the end of the year. Its core product enables teams to deploy no code AI agents, and it is seeing rapid revenue growth across the UK and US. With expansion into new markets and momentum building, there is a strong focus on driving People Operations for the next phase of scale.
They are looking for someone who is comfortable operating with a lot of ownership and is excited by ambiguity. This is a role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, improving what is already there, and building what is missing. You will need pragmatic judgement, a practical mindset, and the confidence to work closely with managers while still getting stuck into the detail when needed.
What will you own:
- Own and improve the end to end onboarding and offboarding experience, bringing more structure and quality to how people join and leave.
- Drive automation across People processes, using AI and smart tooling to remove friction, cut out manual work, and build more scalable and efficient ways of operating.
- Design and run performance review cycles, building frameworks that genuinely drive performance.
- Partner with managers and leadership on performance, development, and organisational effectiveness as the company scales.
- Lead on key culture initiatives including company events, quarterly kick offs, and the annual company offsite.
- Work closely across People, Talent, and Operations, picking up broader initiatives as the business grows across geographies.
