People Advisor with a Pioneering AI Drug Discovery Research Centre

Location: Central London

Working Pattern: 2 days from home

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus and Equity Options

We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join their growing People Team and influence their culture and drive meaningful impact. By joining as a People Advisor, you will work cross functionally and have the opportunity to be part of a team revolutionising healthcare through innovation. Here’s a taste of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Work with the wider people team, collaborating on People projects including engagement, DEI, and key team initiatives.
  • Support the Partnering team to provide a world-class people service to the wider business.
  • Play a key role in managing their unique onboarding experience, including inductions, and pre-boarding interaction.
  • Support in the development and continuous improvement of a high-performance People function.
  • Provide support to the team, constantly innovating and improving ideas, with the mission of the organisation always in mind.

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • ~3 years experience in a People team, in the Tech or Biotechnology space.
  • A collaborative nature and solution-oriented approach.
  • The passion to work alongside some of the smartest minds from across their area of expertise.
  • A desire to cultivate strong relationships and support on high-impact projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills, a drive for professional improvement, and a tenacious attention to detail.
