Having achieved 20x ARR growth in under 12 months, the company is now scaling across both Europe and the US.

Founded by proven operators who have already built and scaled globally recognised technology businesses, the leadership team brings a combination of deep product expertise, technical credibility, and commercial execution. This track record, combined with a highly ambitious and execution-focused culture, has positioned the company on an exceptional growth trajectory as it looks to define the next category leader within legal AI.

What you'll do:

  • Own full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design functions, partnering closely with leadership to deliver against ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and network development across technical and product talent markets.
  • Identify, engage, and assess exceptional candidates across a broad range of disciplines, with a strong focus on quality, calibration, and long-term fit.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, providing market insight, compensation benchmarking, and guidance on hiring strategy and process optimisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruiting operations, including interview design, assessment frameworks, hiring playbooks, and recruiting systems as the company scales.
  • Help shape and evolve the company's employer brand within highly competitive engineering and product talent markets.
  • Track and analyse recruiting performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and increase overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Contribute to building a scalable, data-driven, and operationally rigorous talent function capable of supporting rapid international growth.

About you:

  • Proven experience hiring across engineering and at least one of product or design in fast-growing startup or high-performance organisation.
  • Strong sourcing ability and confidence engaging passive candidates.
  • Good judgement on different role types - you understand what strong looks like across disciplines.
  • Ability to partner with technical and product stakeholders.
  • High ambition - you want to help build a generational company.
  • High-agency - you run fast, stay organised under pressure, and can juggle execution and strategy.
