As part of this transformation, the business is investing in a modern, commercially focused People function that will play a pivotal role in supporting its next phase of growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to shape a newly evolving People function and deliver initiatives that have genuine board-level visibility. From leadership development and performance management to international HR projects and organisational change, you'll play a key role in building the people foundations that will support the business through its next phase of growth.
