Our client are looking to bring in a Talent Coordinator on an initial 6 month FTC, with an immediate start, to play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience and supporting the continued growth of a world-class organisation.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their talent career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on exposure to a high-performing, collaborative business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider People team to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Here’s a taste of what you can expect to be doing in the role:
- Take ownership of interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, helping to create a thoughtful, engaging, and highly organised recruitment journey
- Support the wider Talent and People team with hiring operations, process coordination, and maintaining efficient workflows
- Manage and maintain ATS data, ensuring candidate progress, feedback, and interview stages are consistently updated and accurate
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep hiring timelines moving and support broader talent initiatives
You will be a good fit if you have:
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or talent support role within a fast-moving environment
- Experience using Ashyby would be preferable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Availability to start immediately
