Operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology, the business is building critical infrastructure that enables diagnostic data to be accessed, connected and utilised more effectively, helping to improve patient outcomes and accelerate the future of preventative healthcare.

With ambitious growth plans ahead, the business is investing in its engineering organisation and is looking for someone to own technical hiring across Engineering, Product, Design and Data. • Strengthen employer brand through networking, community engagement and proactive market outreach.
  • Improve recruitment processes, interview calibration and hiring scorecards as the company continues to scale.
  • Use market insight and recruitment data to influence hiring strategy, compensation discussions and process improvements.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience recruiting technical talent within a Series A or high-growth technology environment.
  • A strong track record of hiring experienced Engineering, Product or Data professionals.
  • A genuine passion for sourcing, with the curiosity and persistence to uncover exceptional talent.
  • Experience recruiting for organisations without a well-established employer brand.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence hiring decisions.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to recognise exceptional technical talent.
  • A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the desire to help build something from an early stage.
  • A passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences and building long-term relationships within technical communities.

What's on offer:

  • £75,000-£90,000 base salary
  • Competitive equity package
  • Fully remote-first working across UK, Ireland and Portugal
  • Home office allowance
  • Monthly coworking budget
  • Personal learning and development budget
