Hawkwood are currently partnering with a remote-first, SaaS start-up in their search for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner. About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support hiring across Engineering, Product and Data teams. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Team Lead, CTO & hiring managers to scale a world-class remote team, creating a seamless candidate experience along the way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to find and hire the best talent for their functions.
  • Using data and market insights to educate and influence hiring decisions.
  • Owning the sourcing strategy and delivery of hiring for your roles, consistently hiring the right people at the right time for the business.
  • Driving process improvements to help maintain a high standard of quality of hires and hiring metrics.
  • Leading efforts to make hiring processes inclusive and accessible.
  • Support on employer branding strategy, activity and content.
  • Enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, using insights for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on sourcing experience across Engineering, and ideally Product and Data.
  • A strong agency recruitment background + ~1-2 years of in-house experience, in a fast-paced tech company.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Interested in building strong candidate and employee experiences.
  • Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find & engage exceptional candidates.
  • An analytical mindset, you’re comfortable with both data and gut feel, and know when to use each.
  • Clear, confident communicator with great attention to detail.
