Hawkwood is partnering with a high growth, scale up operating at the forefront of AI in Financial Services, to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist as they continue to scale their team in 2026.
Our client has built a platform which benchmarks and tracks how artificial intelligence is being adopted across the financial services sector. Their mission is to accelerate AI adoption by creating the most complete, unbiased and transparent public benchmarks of AI capability.
Since launching their flagship product in early 2023, their platform has quickly become the standard for measuring AI maturity across financial services.
The role
We are looking for a process driven, ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing People function as hiring demand increases.
This is a hands on role where you will own end to end recruitment for a number of critical hires, from sourcing through to offer and close. Alongside core delivery, there will be scope to get involved in wider talent initiatives such as employer branding, talent reporting, recruitment marketing and onboarding.
This role would suit someone coming from a fast paced environment who enjoys high growth, ownership and building strong candidate pipelines.
What you will be doing
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple priority roles
- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Building and maintaining strong, diverse talent pipelines
- Managing a smooth and efficient interview process, including coordination of assessments where required
- Partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver a high quality hiring experience
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Using data and reporting to track progress and inform hiring decisions
