Now, they’re on the hunt for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech / Product) to elevate and own the hiring for Engineering, Product, and R&D teams during this next wave of growth.

The Role You’ll Own

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact, technically rigorous roles - Product Managers with deep domain knowledge, Engineers, Data Scientists, R&D specialists.
  • Shape and execute hiring strategies that attract “A-player” talent in an ultra-competitive tech landscape.
  • Operate as a consultative partner to hiring managers, helping define role priorities, interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Infuse modern sourcing approaches - direct sourcing, community engagement, referrals, and data-driven channel optimization.
  • Advance and scale hiring operations, processes, and workflows to support 2×–3× growth.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company’s mission, culture, and employer brand during every candidate interaction.

Your Profile

  • Based in Europe, you have strong familiarity with the European tech/startup hiring market.
  • 4+ years in-house experience recruiting in fast-paced, scaling tech organisations. 8 years + total experience.
  • Demonstrable track record hiring for technically demanding roles (e.g. Product, Engineering, AI/ML).
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders and design hiring strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, high-velocity environment.
  • Prior experience with modern ATS tools and using data/metrics to guide hiring decisions.
