Hawkwood is partnering with an established, high growth consumer tech business to hire a Senior People Partner at a pivotal point in their 2026 journey. This is a senior, high impact role for an experienced People Partner who thrives on ownership, pace and influence. Reporting into the Head of People, you will take responsibility for partnering a broad population of leaders across the business, with a particular focus on supporting Sales teams in a fast moving environment. My client will be evolving how it works, strengthening leadership capability and raising the bar on performance and accountability. This role sits right at the heart of that change and will allow you to have huge impact from day one.
The role:
- Act as the primary People contact for a large proportion of the business, coaching and challenging managers to build high performing, engaged teams.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, handling complex people matters with confidence, translating People strategy into practical action, and ensuring standards are consistently high.
- Partnering senior leaders and managers across multiple functions, including Sales and Commercial teams.
- Coaching managers to lead with clarity, accountability and confidence.
- Leading performance, capability and employee relations matters end to end, acting as a bar raiser for high performance and consistent standards across the business.
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and role clarity as the business scales.
- Translating People strategy into simple, manager ready actions that land effectively.
- Using people data and insight to inform decisions and prioritise action.
- Working closely with People Operations and Experience colleagues, remaining accountable for outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Significant experience as a Senior People Partner or HR Business Partner in a fast paced, evolving environment.
- Strong experience supporting Sales or Commercial client groups.
- Deep, practical knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Confident coaching and challenging leaders at pace.
- Commercial, pragmatic and action oriented.
- Strong communicator who brings warmth alongside rigour.
We recognise how challenging the current job market is for candidates, and Hawkwood is therefore striving to provide the best candidate experience possible.
