Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2β3 days per week in the office
Hawkwood are currently working with a well-known AI scale-up who are looking to hire a People Experience Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a measurable impact in a company at the forefront of the AI revolution.
Our client is seeking an experienced People Experience Partner to design and deliver high-impact initiatives across culture, engagement, performance, DEIB. Youβll be joining a close-knit and ambitious team at a pivotal moment, as the company embarks on an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement initiatives, including annual and pulse surveys, as part of a broader listening strategy.
- Manage the annual performance cycle, including communications and training.
- Act as a superuser of the performance and engagement platform, shaping solutions in line with strategy.
- Take ownership of key projects (career frameworks, wellbeing, recognition) while also supporting large-scale initiatives.
- Support DEIB strategy delivery, including rollout of training and manager resources.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across People, Talent, Internal Comms, and the wider business.
- Analyse internal and external data to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Support the People & Talent leadership team in delivering the annual strategic roadmap.
About You
- 8+ years of experience as a People professional, ideally within a scaling, tech-led business.
- Strong background in People Partnering with proven experience leading special projects.
- Hands-on experience delivering β Annual engagement surveys, Annual performance cycles & Wellbeing and recognition programmes, rolled out company-wide.
- Solid project-based experience, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Background in Talent Development and DEIB projects.
- Confident using People tools (performance and engagement platforms).
- Data-driven approach to shaping and measuring strategy.
- Experience partnering with Internal Communications teams.
