About the Company
We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS scale-up that sits at the inflection point of automation and AI. Over the past year, they have tripled headcount, expanded across multiple time zones, and secured a $60 million Series B at a strong valuation, closing in on unicorn territory.
Their product is built by developers, for developers. With a passionate global user base, deep open-source roots, and scalable infrastructure, they’re redefining how teams connect systems, build workflows, and harness AI in their operations.
Now, they’re seeking a People Experience & Insights Lead to shape the next phase of their growth, driving capability, culture, and inclusion at scale in one of Europe’s most exciting SaaS businesses.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of People, this role blends behavioural science, organisational development, and learning strategy to build the systems, mindsets, and habits that underpin high performance.
You’ll act as a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, leading work that spans leadership development, culture evolution, inclusion, and AI-enabled learning. This is a rare opportunity to build from within, crafting scalable, high-impact initiatives in a company that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and deliver management development programmes that strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
- Apply behavioural science to shape learning experiences, feedback culture, and inclusion strategies that drive real-world change.
- Embed AI tools and insight into learning, diagnostics, and organisational design to increase scale, personalisation, and impact.
- Lead culture and change initiatives that foster psychological safety, belonging, and sustainable high performance.
- Drive organisational insight through engagement surveys, focus groups, and behavioural data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate across People, Product, and Operations to ensure culture, capability, and performance evolve in sync with company growth.
About You
- Extensive experience in Organisational Development, Behavioural Science, or Learning & Development, ideally in a scaling tech or consultancy environment.
- Deep understanding of behavioural psychology, organisational design, and learning science, with evidence of applying them to business impact.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to enhance scale, insight, and personalisation in OD and L&D programmes.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to move between design, delivery, and influence at senior levels.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility across diverse teams.
- Analytical and evidence-led, with the ability to turn data and research into clear action.
Why Join?
- Exceptional growth trajectory. This is a product-led SaaS scale-up entering its next phase of expansion, having recently secured a significant Series B and more than tripled headcount in under a year.
- A platform with real impact. Loved by developers and businesses alike, their open and collaborative approach has built one of the most active communities in their space, where contribution, creativity, and shared learning are central to how they grow.
- Purposeful work. You’ll help build teams that are redefining how people and organisations connect, automate, and innovate using AI and technology.
- Culture with substance. Transparent, remote-first, and values-driven, they prioritise empowerment, trust, and belonging. Everyone has a voice, and ideas matter as much as outcomes.
- Personal and professional growth. You’ll join a team that invests in learning, ownership, and long-term career development, with clear opportunities to shape both the business and your own path within it.
