13 Month FTC - People & Culture Manager, with a growing London Based Marketing Agency
Location: London (12 days from home per month)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Hawkwood is excited to be partnering with a leading London-based Marketing Agency on a fantastic 13 month FTC opportunity for a People & Culture Manager. Our client is a growing agency and looking for someone to step into a dynamic role to support a Parental Leave cover. This is a chance to align with innovative brands and high-impact organisations, contributing to a thriving company. Having grown considerably over the past few years, our client is looking for someone to help shape and drive their People & Culture Strategy.
In this role, you will provide operational HR support, work closely with the People Director on exciting project work regarding the 2026 strategy, and partner with leaders across the business, helping to drive key People initiatives. You will also dive into data-driven projects, lead D&I initiatives, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to secure top talent and drive team success.
What are some of the things you can expect to be doing?
- Partnering with managers to recruit and integrate top talent
- Supporting with the development of strategy in 2026
- Collaborating with the Head of People on business strategy using HR metrics
- Managing ER cases and overseeing performance management
- Leading exciting data projects and D&I initiatives to shape company culture
You will be a good fit if you have:
- ~1 year of experience as an HR Manager
- A passion for People, Talent, and driving culture initiatives
- Previous experience with HiBob would be preferred
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills
- A data-driven mindset for planning and workload management
