Interim People Partner – SaaS Platform
Start date: Ideally Monday 18th August (Interviews Friday 15th August)
Location: Hybrid – Offices near Blackfriars (1–2 days per week)
Contract: 3 months initially, with potential extension
Hours: Full-time, but a 4-day week could be considered
We’re supporting a high-growth, international SaaS platform of c.200 people to find an Interim People Partner to work directly alongside their experienced CPO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced tech environments and can make an immediate impact across multiple people projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with the CPO to deliver people initiatives across the business.
- Using HiBob to manage employee data and documentation, and to support the review and improvement of existing policies, procedures, and ways of working.
- Providing hands-on support for recruitment
- Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries – the face of the People function.
- Contributing to various strategic and operational People projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally within SaaS or scale-up settings.
- Hands-on experience with HiBob (or similar HRIS).
- An experienced People Partner who is able to work independently
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable being the first point of contact for People matters.
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities, and quick to get up to speed.
- Experience of managing recruitment processes
- Able to start immediately and hit the ground running.
The details:
- Hybrid : 1–2 days per week in the Blackfriars office (flexible depending on workload).
- 3-month initial contract , with potential to extend.
- Immediate start – interviews scheduled for Friday 15th August, start Monday 18th August.
- 4-day week option : Available depending on candidate experience and availability.
