Hawkwood are excited to be partnering with a Premium Gaming business on a contract Human Resources Business Partner role. Our client operates some of the best-known facilities in London and is a prominent brand in the premium gaming sector. Our client is looking for a seasoned People Partner to support across 4 of their London sites. The role will offer you the opportunity to work in some big-name gaming sites and gain experience from a super fast-paced environment. It’s a great opportunity for a Business Partner looking to bridge the gap in their current employment.
Here’s a taste of what you can expect to be doing in the role:
- Take ownership of the Business Partnering for 4 sites, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management etc.
- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business addressing ER with a high degree of empathy and understanding.
- Support the business in ongoing projects, and act as a trusted advisor to the wider team.
- Help to manage the wider HR Function and contribute to a seamless operation.
- Experience working with employees paid on both hourly and full-time basis.
You will be a good fit if you have:
- 5 years experience in a comparable role, with a strong track record of partnering across multiple teams.
- The agility and dynamism to work effectively with both head office and gaming-floor professionals.
- A desire to build strong relationships across a well-established and prominent business.
- A deeply analytical approach and value for working culture, leveraging collaboration.
