  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing documentation, including contracts
  • Managing immigration and relocation briefings with candidates and transferees
  • Conducting audits and maintaining data integrity in Workday
  • Supporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and vendor reviews

This role will work cross-functionally across HR, Legal, Talent and external partners - with global scope across UK, Dubai, Singapore, and APAC.

  • Experience with vendor coordination, employee briefings, and relocation logistics
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation and system skills (e.g. Workday)
  • Confidence working cross-culturally and supporting senior internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a high-growth or regulated environment preferred

Why Join?

  • Join a firm that is respected globally for its rigorous, high-trust culture and technological edge
