Position overview
- Salary: From £150,000 + 30% bonus
- Location: London, Dubai, or Warsaw
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office)
The role
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will operate at a strategic level, partnering with senior leadership and building a world-class People Partnering team. Key priorities
- Shape and implement a cohesive, future-ready global People Partnering strategy aligned with the company’s commercial goals and long-term vision.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives across international hubs to ensure scalability and agility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights on workforce dynamics, talent performance, and broader people metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Talent Development & Performance
- Oversee global onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning programs to accelerate talent readiness and foster a growth mindset.
- Promote a high-performance culture through refining performance processes, driving accountability, and embedding continuous feedback.
- Align talent strategies with immediate business needs and future capability requirements across dispersed global teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Design and lead global engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, cultural cohesion, and retention across markets.
- Approach employee relations proactively, balancing commercial risk with compliance, and fostering a culture of fairness, trust, and inclusion.
- Maintain and evolve global People policies reflecting company values and ensuring operational consistency during growth.
Operational Excellence & Program Delivery
- Lead critical people initiatives, such as redefining EVP, organizational transformation, and cross-functional projects with executive visibility.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of People operations globally.
- Foster collaboration across regional People teams, building a unified, agile, and high-performing function aligned with international ambitions.
Candidate profile
- Proven global leadership experience in a People Partnering role, ideally as Head or Director, across EMEA, APAC, or similar regions.
- Experience in fintech or scaling tech environments, understanding growth demands.
- Track record in designing and executing strategic people initiatives, including EVP, organizational design, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading end-to-end delivery across regions and stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, data-informed leader with strategic insight.
- Trusted partner to senior leadership with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
