Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments? In this role you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.
What does your day look like?
- Represent our client as the first point of contact
- Help customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
- Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
Tech know-how:
- 5+ years in tech support
- Linux and Windows server experience
