Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments? In this role you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

What does your day look like?

  • Represent our client as the first point of contact
  • Help customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues

Tech know-how:

  • 5+ years in tech support
  • Linux and Windows server experience
  • IBM iSeries experience
  • Basic networking and shell scripting

  • Hands-on experience with PHP related technology
