Hawksworth are now recruiting for a Solutions Architect on a Permanent basis. This new post is to join an Architecture team and collaborate closely with their Customer-focused Engineering teams.
Depending on your level of experience & suitable skills, salary range is £70k - £110k base salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Up to 20% pension (with 6% employee contribution). There is a great package with this that includes a very good pension, up to 18% bonus, hybrid working which is 1-2 days a week in the office. The location can be London, Potters Bar or Bristol.
The job: We are looking for a Solution Architect to join an Architecture team and collaborate closely with the Customer-Focused Engineering product teams. In this role, you will define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, driving their successful implementation. This is for customer modernization projects.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized background in agile, product-centric technology development and digitally focused solution architecture, with experience in customer-centric functions and a strong understanding of the associated capabilities and applications. Reporting to the Customer Domain Principal Architect, contributing to the architecture practice and supporting the organisation’s customer-focused transformation goals, we are seeking a customer-focused, solutions-driven architect with a proven ability to lead and drive change. You will help them shape the future of their customer services and distribution teams.
Required experience & skills:
- Qualification: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in I.T. TOGAF or BCS Certification (Desirable)
- Solution architecture experience, ideally within a leading financial services organisation.
- Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud) with voice enablement through Genesys Cloud.
- Demonstrable experience with a range of customer and financial services technologies (e.g., AS400, IBM iSeries, policy administration systems, payment systems, email/SMS gateways, marketing execution platforms, live Chat, M-Files Document Management, voice channels, and social platforms) and their integration with CRM systems.
- Outstanding communication skills is essential. The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people at all levels.
