Position: Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Enterprise clients
Industry: Global software leader in DevOps, Testing, AI & Data Management
Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

Our client are one of the most impressive software companies, that you may never have heard of. They are growing exponentially across the globe and have recently acquired a number of large tech firms, that are household names. Here are just a few clients that use their software…. NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, Tesla
As the Technical Account Manager (TAM) you\\\’ll be partnering Enterprise clients, solving their tech challenges and making recommendations.
You\\\’ll be able to address Risk from an early stage, helping create action plans to reduce this risk, which in turn improves Customer Retention.
You will partner the customer and help them along their journey, allowing them to hit their customer goals and milestones, providing a good ROI.
Tech experience required:
- CI / Automation Technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
