Position: Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Enterprise clients

Industry: Global software leader in DevOps, Testing, AI & Data Management

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office

As the Technical Account Manager (TAM) you\’ll be partnering Enterprise clients, solving their tech challenges and making recommendations.

You\’ll be able to address Risk from an early stage, helping create action plans to reduce this risk, which in turn improves Customer Retention.

You will partner the customer and help them along their journey, allowing them to hit their customer goals and milestones, providing a good ROI.

Tech experience required:

  • CI / Automation Technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
