Operations Manager - FTC - Immediate start

Hawksworth are recruiting now for an ‘Operations Excellence Manager’ for a global Financial Services client. This is a Fixed Term Contract assignment for 6 months. The Annual salary is between £60k and £74k + Bonus an excellent pension contribution and package. Operations Excellence Manager Type: Fixed Term Contract for an initial 6-month period Bonus between 10 – 18% – Car Allowance £5k, Pension etc. Location: Bristol (Preference) London is possible if you are willing to travel to Bristol once a week. Hybrid -x1 day a week in the office. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by identifying areas for improvement and preparing processes to be easily trainable, the Operational Excellence Manager ensures that customers receive the highest level of service. Additionally, the Operational Excellence Manager will manage and deliver projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Proven tenure as an Operations Excellence Manager Financial Services industry experience Project Management background / experience with large scale change / Transformation experience.
