Hawksworth are now representing a Global Investment Bank to search for a Team Manager for MO Sales Support in London. Located on the London trading floor you will be responsible for the Sales Middle Office Support team.

- Hybrid working – x3 days on site per week
- Salary: Up to £78,000 + Bonus + Package
- Essential skills: Experience leading a a team in MO Sales Support, experience in middle office sales support, FX/ Bonds experience
Summary:
Located on the London trading floor you will be responsible for the Sales Middle Office Support team. The team’s primary objective is to ensure the timely and accurate booking of transactions into the trader’s risk and facilitate the flow into the back-office systems for settlement. Middle Office is a key line of defense in the banks control framework and a key support function to the front office.
Required experience:
- Established team lead and management experience.
- Experience in Operations / trade support functions
- Strong experience managing Flow Forex Activity
- Strong experience Managing Flow Bonds Activity
- Participation on complex projects
- Good knowledge on the Fund allocation process for Bonds and Forex
- Good knowledge on client facing post trade events like novations
