Hawksworth are representing a Global Wealth Fintech client that specializes in Wealth platforms and solutions, to recruit a UK Tech Solutions Manager . This is a Permanent role, Central London location, Hybrid working , x2 days onsite, x3 days remote. Salary range £120 - £165k base + package.
The Tech Solutions Manager sits at the intersection of client consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership. You'll lead strategic discovery engagements, advise clients on how best to leverage the FinTech's technology, and shape solution outcomes that support their long-term business objectives. You will lead Technical Consultants, be the head of Technical solutions.
This will involve but not limited to; Lead discovery and strategic consulting engagements across EMEA, advise clients through business and technology transformation, Lead and develop Technical Managers and Senior Technical Consultants, building a high-performing, client-focused culture, translate business objectives into scalable solution designs using SaaS platforms and APIs, Manage utilisation, forecasting, delivery priorities, and regional stakeholder relationships.
Required skills & Experience:
- Experience Leading client-facing consulting, solution design, or technical advisory engagements in Wealth Management, Financial Services, FinTech, or SaaS
- Experience Managing and leading technical teams / Technical Consultants
- Strong discovery and requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions
- A track record leading technical consulting, pre-sales, professional services, or solution architecture teams
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering and cloud technologies, ideally AWS
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, confident with executive audiences
- Commercial awareness balancing client outcomes, delivery objectives, and business growth
