Position: Starburst Developer (Data Visualisation SME)

Day rate (Inside IR35) - £600/day

Client: Investment bank

Location: Central London

Initial duration: 6 months

Our client provides technology services for a global investment bank.

Do you have Starburst Development experience, designing data pipelines? Can you contribute to building a data-driven, insight-led operating model within a highly regulated banking environment? If yes, then please read on.....

You will design and maintain data pipelines using Starburst and related technologies, optimizing query performance and resolving data processing bottlenecks. You will need experience integrating Starburst with various data sources, including cloud services and APIs, as well as monitoring data pipelines and troubleshooting issues proactively.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ Years of Strong hands-on experience with Starburst Enterprise or Denodo Tool
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Proficiency in any Scripting language (e.g. Python/Scala)
  • Proficiency in data analytics and data engineering
  • 10 plus years of experience in Data Virtualization
