Hawksworth UK are hiring X2 Ruby on Rails Engineers to join a forward-thinking, engineering-led financial services organisation transforming its core platforms.

The Role

  • Engineers (x2) – £80k + 10–15% bonus + excellent package

Location: Hybrid, 1 day a week on site per week, London

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and evolving a modern Ruby on Rails mortgage platform
  • Designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems used at real-world scale
  • Working in product-aligned, empowered teams with true ownership
  • Driving CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation across the stack
  • Setting technical direction and mentoring engineers

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails | MySQL | JavaScript (React desirable) | CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) | Cloud (Azure)
