Hawksworth UK are hiring now for an IT Change Analyst/ PM for a large Financial Services client. This is a 3 month initial contract – chance of extensions – Inside IR35 – Paying maximum £540 per day. The client is London based, but you can work mostly from home with travel to London when needed but that is expected to be infrequent.
The job: A large Project is underway to transfer the clients Technology services to a Global Services Provider. It is important to make sure the transition is safe, compliant and well governed. This role is to help support that programme by providing structured analysis, documentation, tracking and coordination across the UK IT functions to the global service provider.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Analyst & Project Coordination/ Management in IT Change.
- Experience supporting large IT Change / Outsourcing programmes.
- Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation (Infrastructure/ security, application and integrations).
- Competent in producing structured analysis outputs: process maps, dependency diagrams, RAID logs, KPIs.
- Excellent at preparing clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with risk assessment, operation resilience evidence, controls testing or audit interactions.
- Able to engage with SMEs across all Tech and Service lines.
- Calm under pressure, strong written and verbal communication skills, goal oriented.
