Day rate: £800/day inside
Initial duration: 9 months
Our client provides technology services for a global insurance firm. As the Guidewire Integration Lead you will design, develop, and lead complex integration solutions across Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The role requires deep hands-on integration expertise, technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to guide developers while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Another part of the role will be to build integrations using Integration Gateway, App Events, Cloud APIs, REST APIs, and event-based/batch processing, allowing you to implement outbound REST integrations, including generating REST clients, configuring error handling, and ensuring fault tolerance and observability.
Experience:
- 5–10+ years of Guidewire Integration development experience
- Proven experience leading integration teams (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Java, Gosu; REST/SOAP Web Services; XML, JSON
- Integration Gateway, Cloud API, Batch/Async processing
- Agile/Scrum delivery environments and using JIRA
Desirable, but not essential:
- Guidewire ACE certified integration specialist
