Do you have managed a small team (3) of RoR Engineers? Our client has written their mortgage platform in Rails and they need you to help manage the strategy and be line manager to 3 Engineers. We are currently interviewing for 3 positions, 1 Lead Engineer and 2 mid-level....who will be your team.

What experience is needed?

  • Team Lead / Line Management experience
  • 5+ years building Ruby on Rails experience
  • Financial services experience
  • React or other JavaScript frameworks
  • Azure environment experience
  • Web-based MVC applications and APIs
  • DevOps best practice - CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills
