Hawksworth UK are working with a global Financial Services company to find them an experienced Account Manager – Protection, for the UK team.

- Experienced Account Manager with Protection industry experience
- Permanent
- Predominantly home based with the ability to travel into the office when needed (London, Watford or Bristol)
- Depending on level of experience (salary is £39,600, £49,500 or £59,400)
- Benefits include a great pension (9% core and then they will match you to 15%) + loads more including Performance related Bonus scheme, medical insurance, etc.
The job:
As a key Account Manager, you will work in Protection (Life, Income Protection and Critical Illness), to provide face to face, virtual and phone based support to a defined panel of distributors, to negotiate, attract and retain business in line with the clients’ expectations. You will manage the development of your panel, which will include regular account meetings and contract on a wide range of service information.

- Strong relationship builder
- Strong Insurance Protection technical knowledge
- Outstanding communication skills and consultative approach
- Attained GR1 or working towards it with a clear bias towards technical and legislative excellence.
