The Role

As an AI Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions across a range of business-critical platforms. You’ll work in a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering team focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI and agent-based systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong software engineering background with experience in modern architectures (e.g. microservices, distributed systems)
  • Hands-on experience with containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proven interest and practical exposure to Generative AI and agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end (from concept through to production)
  • Commercial experience with AWS and/or Azure, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) are highly desirable
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge convention and drive innovation
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Java
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and related AI/ML services
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
  • A true engineering mindset with a passion for building scalable, robust systems
