Do you have commercial experience using AI frameworks? If yes, this could be for you. Our client is a Global Financial located in Glasgow who are embarking on their AI journey and embracing it with both hands. We need multiple AI Software Engineers with hands-on experience using Agentic and GenAI frameworks, to deliver robust software solutions for our tier 1 financial, working in an Agile environment.

A good understanding of best practice is a must, and the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear way to the business. Previous experience working in the financial services, on mission critical systems, would be great, but this is not essential. We're looking for the right mindset, not necessarily someone with the most amount of experience, but someone who can demonstrate mental agility and their ability to problem solve. We want people who can think outside of the box and bring fresh ideas to the team in a positive and collaborative manner.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with containerisation.
  • GenAI and agentic AI frameworks, including LangGraph and CrewAI.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience creating AI solutions.
  • AWS and/or Azure: IaC tooling and patterns.
  • AWS or Azure certifications.
  • Python and Java.
  • AWS Bedrock and AI/ML services.
  • Distributed systems - Focus on secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
