Hawksworth is representing a Large Financial Bank in their search for a
Senior Service Now Developer .
The role can be based in a few locations, but the ideal would be Northampton. But Glasgow or Manchester are also available.
The Position is Permanent, Hybrid working with x3 days per week expected to be on-site per week.
Salary expectations are depending on experience & skill, but a range of £85k – £100k (potentially £110k foe someone with everything) +base salary is available plus a significant packing including a yearly bonus, Great pension offering.
The Job
A Senior Service Now developer in a team, to design, develop and improve Software, utilising various engineering methodologies that provides business, platform and technology capabilities for the Bank and customers.
- To be successful as a Senior Service Now Developer, you should have experience with:
- Architecting and implementing Service Now platform and HR Service Delivery solutions at enterprise scale.
- Implementing Now Assist for Generative and Agentic AI use cases.
- Supporting infrastructure such as Workday, Entra, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Copilot) at a working knowledge level.
Some other highly valued skills may include
- Experience designing conversational interfaces with Copilot.
- Experience working with zero copy data architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing end to end use cases with Workday.
