Overview

Hawksworth UK are hiring now for a Fund Finance Originator – Structurer for a Permanent opportunity in London for a Global Investment Bank.

• Title: Fund Finance Originator / Structure.

• Working type: Permanent/ Hybrid (x3 days on site, x2 days from home per week)
• Essential skills/experience: Fund Finance experience / NAV Loans, Hybrid Loan Subscription Loans , Cap Core

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Vice President / Director to join a Fund Solutions Group in London. You will contribute to the origination, structuring and execution of fund financing solutions for Private Capital funds across Western Europe and the Middle East.

Required skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• Fund Finance experience
• Prior experience in Corporate/ Structured Finance (credit analysis / structuring/ legal documentation) Strong interest in the private equity industry.
